Radiqs originated from the convergence of six individuals with diverse backgrounds, each with personal experiences navigating diversity and inclusion within healthcare. Our shared vision for the necessity of change has resulted in a tight-knit collective with one mission: guiding healthcare providers from awareness to action, collaboratively working towards a more inclusive healthcare system.

Diversity is the strength of Radiqs. Our cultural and ethnic backgrounds span five different countries, collectively speaking ten languages. Members bring professional expertise from fields including medicine, education and mentorship, organizational governance, coaching, and team facilitation. Within this diversity, creativity flourishes, fueling the ambition to provide a multidisciplinary and comprehensive approach in our projects.
